Lou Kinzli, Associate Broker
Lou began his real estate career in 1969 in Denver. In 1980 he brought his expertise to Fort Collins with one of the largest and prestigious real estate companies in Colorado. In 1990, together with his wife Linda, he opened his own brokerage, Kinzli & Co. Lou was drawn to the wide open spaces that northern Fort Collins and Wellington had to offer. This, together with his passion for helping people achieve their dreams of finding a home in the country, led Lou to move Kinzli & Co. to Wellington in 1998. In June of 2007 Lou made the decision to merge with Re/Max in an effort to provide his customers with the benefits of a nationwide network.
Kareen Kinzli Larsen, Associate Broker
Kareen, Lou and Linda’s youngest daughter, has been an associate broker since 2000. She was Lou’s assistant for two years prior to becoming a licensed Realtor. She graduated from Colorado University in 1999 with a degree in Finance and Marketing. Growing up on her family’s acreage in Waverly, and riding horses competitively, Kareen has a unique perspective on horse properties. She and her husband, Blake, own Larsen and Design and Construction, which allows her to offer insight into the new home market. She now lives with her husband and two children, on a residential acreage of her own, in Waverly.
